"They were quick to give me a quote, they explained the process and what type of primer and paint they would use, they double checked what color we wanted before buying the paint. "I called Smith & Rogers and left a message requesting an estimate for removing existing tile and replacing it with another floor tile also installing one full wall of mosaic tile all in our powder room. I received a timely response to set up an appointment. Bill came out and gave us an estimate which we accepted. He was very professional and very nice to work with. Dan Rogers and his helper Dave arrived on time and immediately started doing the work. They laid the tile and returned the next day completing the grout. They did am excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day. After a day or two, I could see a haze or film on some of the floor tiles. I called Dan to ask for his advice as to what to use to help clean it. Dan said they would return and take a look. He and Dave returned and applied a solution that took care of the problem. We are delighted with our completed powder room and will be calling Smith & Rogers again soon to replace our existing shower."

"Joi and crew have been cleaning my home on a weekly and bi-weekly schedule for about 3 years. I am overall satisfied with the service. Joi the owner is very thorough. She is careful to make sure her employee's work meets her standards. She also is willing and able to break from the routine cleaning to do extra things like cleaning kitchen drawers or the refrigerator. About twice a year or if I am entertaining they will do a more thorough cleaning that includes things like sweeping out my fireplaces and wiping down all woodwork. Sistaz would get all A's but there is more frequent turnover of her employees than I would like although that may be the nature of the business. Price is probably high but I think this is a more personal service than most "maid" services. My house is large and very old with high ceilings so it is time consuming to clean."
