On Feb. 12, I texted Dustin & he requested a photo. I immediately sent that and he agreed to do the work "in a week or so." Not hearing from him, I sent a text Mar. 8, "Hey Dustin, just a reminder, do you have me on your schedule?" I have heard nothing back from him since then. Overall I am satisfied with the work, but I paid him to finish the job, and it is not finished. As to the question, Would I use this provider again, will be dependent on whether he completes the job satisfactorily."

Clearly, that is not this business. They were prompt, follow-up AND actual tiling was indeed Top Notch.
