"With them, there was a misunderstanding. When they came, I thought they were coming with the paint. I would like stuff like that clarified before they get started. I didn't know I had to supply the paint. I'm thinking if I hire a painter, painters bring the paint. He did happen to have something there on his truck and he charged me for it. I had to go with that color because I needed that done. I wasn't too satisfied with that aspect, the communications process. I'm old school. I'm used to dealing with people on the phone, not online and not on email. They showed up about an hour late."

They painted a base home color, separate trim color and separate doors colors – All with expertise. Both painters were meticulous in caulking, where needed, before and after the initial coat of paint and did not tarry with repainting all of these areas. As important, Randall, Owner/General Manager, was very professional and walked in integrity from the cost assessment to the final paint stroke. He took the time I needed to review paint brands, paint colors, paint textures, etc., with me ‘before’ the painting project began. Randall also demonstrated patience as I reviewed potential paint changes during the painting process. Although the total cost was higher than other received quotes, my husband and I are extremely pleased with the painting services performed by this company and definitely recommend him to others for their painting needs."

"Great, really good job.David Hughes of Total Home Roofing arrived very promptly and explained his company services. I really did not know about peel seal as this was my first experience of handling this myself. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything . The workmen arrived prior to 7am on the first day. Could not believe it but they worked till after 6:30pm on first day. Next day inspection. 3rd day here they came at 6:45am and finished at Noon.
