"The team did an impressive job on the prep work filling holes, caulking, getting rid of hornet nests that I didn't even know existed, and pointed out an ant problem to me. I was impressed on their thorough preparation which is key for all good paint jobs. My house is 1970 with red wood siding, they took care on one side to add an extra coat because the wood is so dry and they wanted it to look even. Summer is busy and rain can cause delays so it took a little time to get them here, but that is to be expected with outdoor work and I was willing to be flexible with the timeline. The team was courteous and Dennis was very patient and helpful during the color picking phase. My house looks like new and I've had many compliments from neighbors. I would hire them again and recommend their work.

"All went very well! Loved working with Sam and his crew. He always responded to my questions very quickly. Any issues were quickly resolved. Love how the house looks now! Total time was 2 months from initial demolition of bathroom to kitchen finish. Seems reasonable based on extent of what we had done. Any delays were due to tradesmen not being available but Sam kept us in the loop on that. Would hire again!!"

It was apparent that their skills were "young" for such a large job. • After calling Jake, our project manager - he promptly switched us over to a different team led by Nachaly. She and her team quickly turned this full week project into 2 days plus a few hours for last touch ups. "Neris was excellent. The products he used were quality and he applied them with a lot of attention to detail. They were always friendly, courteous and professional while working around the house. At the end we walked around the house together to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns and make sure they didn't miss anything. "They poured a poly....something coating over our concrete basement floor. The concrete was old and uneven so we didn't expect or receive a perfectly smooth finish. They did do some grinding where they were able. Very personable, able to come in a quick time frame. Good pricing. Not the greatest attention to detail - the coating didn't into all the corners, there were some bubbles and rings left, and some splashes up onto walls. But overall we were satisfied and have enjoyed the finished floor."
