John was careful in the drywall and plaster repair, taking care that the textured pattern of the new plaster matched that of the old plaster. The painting was done neatly and carefully using high quality paint matching the color we requested. The work took one day longer than the 4 days estimated. But John and Mark came every day until the work was finished. The walls and ceilings had never been painted before and the plaster absorbed more paint than John had estimated. John explained this to us when it became apparent that more paint would be needed. We agreed to pay for the additional paint at his discounted cost. The repaired, repainted garage is beautiful."

"The project was smooth start to finish. The owner, Jason, provided me a quote over email within a day of sending him measurements and dimensions. They came and picked up the dressers and called me in a couple weeks once they were ready for me to pick out the stain color. They got the stain to match exactly what I had wanted. They delivered the dressers when they were finished. The dressers don't even look like the original. The original color was a yellow toned, oak color. It was worth every penny to refinish them because these were two solid, well-made pieces and I couldn't find the quality in the stores today without spending more than I did with Carmel Custom Refinishing. I would highly recommend this business. The process does take some time 4-5 weeks total for me but the process in general just takes time. It was well worth the wait which I didn't think was long at all."

"It was excellent! They were great. First of all, with the exterior painting, I got a free consultation from a decorator that helped me pick out colors. That proved to be extremely helpful. The owner is very easy to work with and he supervised the work. The painters were very skilled and extremely professional, polite, and clean.The work was done in a very timely manner-it only took two and a half days, and I have a pretty big house. I have an older home and one of my shutters had broken. There wasn't much of a way to replace it but they created the broken piece and it looks wonderful! I will definitely use them again."
