"Alex was very professional from beginning to end. He takes pride in his work and it’s shows. Alex painted the inside of my entire house in 5 days (3 bedrooms, 1 and half bathrooms, hallway, living and dinning room, and kitchen. Alex text me every morning to give and ETA. Every night before leaving he cleaned his working area and discard all trash that was created. The supplies he left for the next day where neatly stored in a part of my house out of the way. Alex was very kind and respectful during his whole work time. I look forward to working with him again. Phenomenal work!!!!"

I’m not a DIY person, so hearing his explanations helped me understand his proposal. -- The job consisted of repainting kitchen and family room in the same colors which I really liked but were old and needed freshening. Billy took switch plate covers to the paint supplier to get a match. It also included painting new wood trim around a recently replaced patio door. The workspaces painted included tray and coved ceilings. -- Billy’s team did an excellent job of painting and clean-up and showed respect for my property. -- This is the second time I have used MHI and they have now done both exterior and interior work for me. To get the process started, Jon Nelson personally visited our home and conducted a detailed assessment of the areas to be painted and also examined the rest of the house for future work. He very promptly provided us with an estimate for the first phase as well as the future work. He worked closely with us to carefully choose the specific brand and colors of paint. The highly professional work his team conducted included patching and sanding in preparation, followed by the application of the appropriate layers of different tones of paint for the walls and ceilings. At the end of each workday, the crew cleaned up and stored their gear, and when the job was complete, they left the work area cleaner and much more orderly than when they began. The painter bought the supplies and we reimbursed him - believe that was about $1000. The painted understood that we were converting this house to a rental. He had good advise about what to paint, and what wasn't necessary. He seemed very committed to doing a good job and having the finished project one he was proud of."
