It went great, they came out on the day that we were told. During the removal of the layers of the roof all waste material were placed in there trash dumpster and any material that was on the ground was picked up. They even ran a magnet  over the yard to pick up any nails that might have fell in the grass. During our discussion of the roof before placement Eric suggested that we needed to add a few more box vents to insure that we had proper ventilation on our roof. Both me and my wife were impressed on the look of the finished project and we would hire Maximus General Contracting again.  All waste material were picked up and the drive way was clean and free from trash.

"I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. They were always friendly and professional. Before hiring Caliber Construction we had received several other estimates from other companies. "All Star did a great job on all aspects of the job. I was given my choice of colors for the roof and siding with samples to hold together to see the match. The roofers showed up early and stayed late to get as much done as possible the first day. They showed early the second day and stayed until all work was complete and clean-up was done. The roof is beautiful. The siding guys had it a little tougher due to weather but did the job in a timely manner and did excellent work. The siding is beautiful, and the fascia work is just great. It really looks like a new house. The 6 inch white gutters really set off the whole appearance of the house. The gutter guys added some extended downspouts for me that were not in the original estimate and that really helps get the water away from the house. The appearance of my house before was not too bad, but now it really looks like a new house. I really love the work done and professionalism of everyone involved."
