"As with all home improvement projects, you're going to run into unseen problems. Tom had to move a dishwasher, a dryer and washing machine. He noticed that the dryer vent was installed incorrectly and there was an electrical issue with the dishwasher. He fixed all that. He didn't have to be concerned about any of that, but he genuinely was concerned.
These are busy guys and I can see why. They came out immediately to look at the project. They gave me an estimate as to when they could do the job, and they called every week with an update. Very reassuring.
They are kind and very professional. I already have another project for them. Can't wait. It truly has been a wonderful experience. You hear so much negative crap about contractors and scam artists these days, it is SO refreshing to come across a company like this!!!!

"We had an excellent experience working with Key Painting. Bill returned our inquiry through Angie's List promptly and scheduled a time to come out to take a look at our projects. Bill was very upfront with wanting to make sure we stayed on budget and also give us quality service and work. Bill was always open to any questions we had and returned our inquiries quickly. Once we agreed on the exterior work to be done, Bill came out with a contract and then scheduled his crew to start work. They were able to start a week earlier and finished the exterior painting in less time than anticipated. Bill's crew arrived when expected and worked diligently throughout the day. Everyone was friendly and respectful of our property. Each day there was work being done, the crew was neat and cleaned up in the evening. Overall, we are very impressed with Key Painting. "Ray was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appt. to come check out the job. The day he came, he gave me a written quote. I obtained other quotes but felt New Life was my best choice. He uses Sherwin Williams paint, which was our preference. He and his crew came when they said they would come, and frequently made sure I approved their progress each day, which has never happened with any other contractor. They cleaned up the job site each night so everything was tidy. At the end of the job Ray walked me around the house to be sure the job was satisfactory…and it was better than that! They found and repaired wood along they way, and we added a pool deck and house deck sealing to the job with no problem for a very fair cost. I would recommend Ray and New Life without hesitation as the job they did was fantastic and now we can enjoy our new looking house! I would use them again in a heartbeat."
