I’m not a DIY person, so hearing his explanations helped me understand his proposal. -- The job consisted of repainting kitchen and family room in the same colors which I really liked but were old and needed freshening. Billy took switch plate covers to the paint supplier to get a match. It also included painting new wood trim around a recently replaced patio door. The workspaces painted included tray and coved ceilings. -- Billy’s team did an excellent job of painting and clean-up and showed respect for my property. -- This is the second time I have used MHI and they have now done both exterior and interior work for me. To get the process started, Jon Nelson personally visited our home and conducted a detailed assessment of the areas to be painted and also examined the rest of the house for future work. He very promptly provided us with an estimate for the first phase as well as the future work. He worked closely with us to carefully choose the specific brand and colors of paint. The highly professional work his team conducted included patching and sanding in preparation, followed by the application of the appropriate layers of different tones of paint for the walls and ceilings. At the end of each workday, the crew cleaned up and stored their gear, and when the job was complete, they left the work area cleaner and much more orderly than when they began. They said they had other jobs to do before they would come out to my house. They are supposed to come before Thanks Giving. They have been really good so far. They quoted about a 100 $ for a room, but I am not sure about the total amount."
