"With them, there was a misunderstanding. When they came, I thought they were coming with the paint. I would like stuff like that clarified before they get started. I didn't know I had to supply the paint. I'm thinking if I hire a painter, painters bring the paint. He did happen to have something there on his truck and he charged me for it. I had to go with that color because I needed that done. I wasn't too satisfied with that aspect, the communications process. I'm old school. I'm used to dealing with people on the phone, not online and not on email. They showed up about an hour late."

"J. Randall Services completed exterior house painting for our 2-story home. Randall’s team members, Andy and Michael, were simply “Awesome”! They painted a base home color, separate trim color and separate doors colors – All with expertise. Both painters were meticulous in caulking, where needed, before and after the initial coat of paint and did not tarry with repainting all of these areas. As important, Randall, Owner/General Manager, was very professional and walked in integrity from the cost assessment to the final paint stroke. He took the time I needed to review paint brands, paint colors, paint textures, etc., with me ‘before’ the painting project began. Randall also demonstrated patience as I reviewed potential paint changes during the painting process. Although the total cost was higher than other received quotes, my husband and I are extremely pleased with the painting services performed by this company and definitely recommend him to others for their painting needs."

"Even though it was a small project, Mr. Martinez agreed to do it, and he did an excellent job! He responded to my phone call immediately and completed the job within days of my request. "Tom and his crew are the ONLY painters we will let set foot on our property! We have used them for other jobs and will definitely use them again! We have provided him with glowing references and recommend him to all of our neighbors when they are in need of a painter (well, with the exception of those neighbors that we don't like....they can hire a sub-par contractor). For this job, we originally hired Tom to paint our cabinets when we put in new counter tops and back splash in the kitchen. However, the kitchen looked so bright and new that the rest of the house looked shabby compared to it, so we changed our request and painted the entire interior of our house instead! We also asked Tom to paint our garage door with a better quality paint that what our builder used as it was showing water run-off. Tom always gives us a fair quote. He only uses Sherman Williams paint, which is exceptional quality. Tom came over and worked with me on the paint colors for each room and was patient with me while I tried to figure out what I wanted. He made great suggestions with colors that we ended up agreeing to and loved it when it was done. His crew arrived at least 30 minutes early both days they came out to paint and waited outside until their designated start time (good luck finding any contractor who will show up on time - let alone early!). The crew covered everything and cleaned up exceptionally well each day. Once they were done, they put everything back where it was originally and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with their work. Tom and his crew are incredibly polite and professional. They always go the extra step to ensure that everything looks perfect. You cannot ask for a better painter, period! He and his crew are highly recommended!"

"Shamar and Christine did an excellent job, which was not easy given that their hoses had to reach three stories up and then extend into the various rooms. They were professional. Also, the owner, Al, does quickly return phone calls. The price he offered for the job was reasonable. We will certainly use Metro Carpet Cleaning again."

"Great, really good job.David Hughes of Total Home Roofing arrived very promptly and explained his company services. I really did not know about peel seal as this was my first experience of handling this myself. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything . The workmen arrived prior to 7am on the first day. Could not believe it but they worked till after 6:30pm on first day. Next day inspection. 3rd day here they came at 6:45am and finished at Noon. Amazing. Quality workmanship. I will highly recommend David and his Company "Total Home Roofing". Oh the price was very competitive with everyone else I had bids by. Thank you David."
