"We bought our house in 2012 in Montgomery County, MD. The roof was past its design life when we bought the place, and although there were no signs of leaks, we decided to put a new roof on the house in 2016 - better to get it done before problems arise than after. Central was great. I forgot to move my car out of the driveway the morning they were scheduled to start work but they managed to make things work anyway. My handyman happened to stop by while they were working and told me it looked like they knew what they were doing, which was comforting. The real proof, though, is my roof has been on the house for 4 years, including the wettest year on record here in the DC area, with no signs of leaks anywhere in the house. This may not seem impressive - roofs aren't supposed to leak. However, both my sister and parents have had new roofs put on their houses in the intervening years - they live several States away so could not use Central Exteriors. Both had leak issues after having the new roofs put on and had to have the roofer come back out to fix things - in my sister's case it took several return visits and some major work to make things right. Central Exteriors were price competitive with other roofing companies I consulted with, and gave me a 50 year warranty on the shingles and workmanship, which nobody else offered. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Very pleased."

"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"I used Unicorp to replace my roof and siding and the entire experience was hassle-free. Brian came to my house on a weekend to assess my needs & provide a quote. I was assigned a team at Unicorp. Every single member of that team (Megan, JR, and Brian) were always available and courteous. In addition to courteous interactions, the work on my house was flawless. I am so happy with the new roof, shutters, & siding. Everyone in my neighborhood could tell during installation that this company was professional & once the work was completed many of my neighbors said I have the nicest house in the neighborhood. After installation another company damaged my newly installed siding. Unicorp responded immediately and the repairs were made - again hassle-fee. "From the 1st meeting with the 1st PHR's representative, I was sold. I was so impressed with everyone's kindness and professionalism, making me feel very secure. Our coordinator showed us a few videos of the process. Every question we had, he answered without hesitation and he provided samples as proof. We signed that day and within one week, we had a beautiful new roof with an even more wonderful guarantee. The crew arrived on time, they were all courteous, kind and clean. The entire project took one day. I was contacted by several people during the course of the day and after, in person and by phone, to make sure everything was going well, then after the crew manager walked me around the house to make sure I was happy.
