"Accent Roofing is an absolute professional operation. They replaced my roof that was replaced in 2008 by your typical storm chasing roofing companies. From start to finish they did exactly what they said they were going to do once I decide to use them for my new roof. We asked all of the companies for their recommendation of "how to" improve and prevent future damages. Mag Selva Gutter & Roofing was the only one of the five (5) companies that suggested additional proactive steps to help prevent future damage from occurring without major repairs/cost. Mag Selva's estimate of the repair cost was fair and comparable/less than a couple of the other estimates. Mag Selva answered all of our questions and provided us with photos of the work in the different phases of the job as we requested since we were unable to see some of the area due to the height and/or angle of the work area. Another impressive item was how the paint matched to the existing house color. Unless we point out the area of the repair, no one would know that work had been done. "Although I am planning on replacing all of the windows, my home unfortunately I have an older home with close to 70 windows. So, I decided to start on the windows that were in the most need, i.e. wood damage, etc. The installers were very quick (under 4 hours), neat, timely, and very professional. Initially we discussed doing the whole house which was about $60k, which included 3 exterior doors (1 french, 1 back porch, and 1 front door with the side lights), nearly 70 windows, attic blown insulation and their Solar Eclipse insulate. They (Linus was my salesguy - very nice and knowledgeable) worked with me to get my project paired down to under $10k only doing the windows that were in most need (about 10 windows). Then when I was contacted by my Project Manager, Chris. He walked through the job, reviewed what I wanted with the style of the house. He was very reassuring about the color scheme and how it would tie in with my Architectural roof and overall aesthetic. I couldn't be more pleased, and I am looking forward to doing more projects with Power.
