"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

I reached out to Jackie and she rallied the troops (while she was on vacation!!) and got someone from her team to rush over and caulk a compromised spot on the roof, which kept us dry until the new roof was put on. "We had them put new shingles on the roof several years ago. The only problem we had that time was the amount of nails left on the roof and the ground. We could expect some, but this was excessive. They used tarps and magnets but there were still many we found with our own magnets and stuck in our shoes. More recently we needed the edge of our roof repaired after a hurricane. The facia board they used was cedar and didn’t match the thickness of what it was butted up to. Cedar is a better wood but I’m glad it is on the back side of our house. Overall, the work done was very good, just those couple complaints."
