"My well pump went out Monday evening, around 6:00 p.m. Hoosier Drain Guys were out of Losantville, relatively close to me in Middletown, and that's who I went with. Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and the peace of mind to know a bad situation was going to be addressed and solved. We ended up spending $2,500 for a pump backup pump w/ battery backup. and 2-yr extended warranty Seems like a very nice system and works fine so far, but I wonder if there might be a less commercial, more residential unit out there for less money. Oh well. Finally, the installer left a jumbled-up mess of wiring around the top/edge of our sump pit. In my opinion, he should have left us with a much more organized final condition."
