"Very well, the young man did a great job."

"The service tech was professional and knowledgeable. The problem was found and repaired the same day. The pricing was fair and well worth it. I would highly recommend and will be a repeat customer for future septic needs and concerns."

"We called the Water Doctor after waking up with no water. We came to find that our pump needed replaced. A local competitor gave us a quote, we called to get a second quote. The Water Doctor cut that initial companies quote in half. They set up an appointment for the next morning, the well was fixed quickly and efficiently. Frank even fixed a potential future problem. So refreshing to find an honest local company that offers quality service. The Water Doctor will be our go to company from now on for well needs. Very professional and friendly service."

"He over charged me. I paid 1500.00 for my septic tank to be cleaned out and rejuvenated it, as he called it. He quoted over the phone 400.00, so I expected to pay 600.00. When he got here he started to tell me about an easier way to find my septic tank for next time. He was going to add risers for me. He said the price of that was 2800.00 I was like I ca not afford that, so maybe another time. He told me he would charge me 1500,00 to do the whole job. He said he would give me a first responders discount, I told him I work in the Emergency Department at a hospital, plus I was still in my uniform when I met him, I had just gotten off of work. He said that he counts that as a first responder. Then, he said he would give me a first time customers discount and the total went from 2800.00 to 1500.00 but I had a water line directly over the tank and he could not do the risers, but he still charged me 1500.00. I felt like I was ripped off! It had to be cleaned out and I just wanted to get it done so that I could shower and go to sleep. He came out on a Monday morning a little after 9am. It was not a holiday or weekend. He did not do any extra work that would have cost 1500.00. I was confused and just paid him. Even though I felt like he was ripping me off. He did clean out all the materials inside of my septic tank. He was friendly and explained how the septic tank worked. I still feel like I triple paid for a job."

"Gentleman that came out, I believe his name was Cory, did exceptional work. He was great with communication. Our original scheduled date had to be changed due to an emergency he had. He was prompt in letting me know and getting rescheduled. He came out showing his knowledge, politeness, and professionalism. He communicated and even let us know of a couple future problems and fixes that he saw will be coming. He didn’t push any other sales or costs on to us and was up front on the charge. We also found out this fine young man is a veteran. Thank you again for your service, sir. I highly recommend CB Septic and know that we will be used them again."

"Mike was very knowledgeable of the work he needed to be done , he changed the pump and cleaned out the tank for us he had to find the tank lids and he was right on the spot. Thanks"
