"I was given Joe's number by another highly rated septic service company that was unable to accommodate me right away. I urgently needed a septic blockage diagnosed and fixed (thank goodness the relief valve kept sewage from backing up into my house and released it into the yard). Joe is knowledgeable about septic system construction and problems. He and his crew inspected the tank, jetted out the clogged line to the house, and offered options for addressing system compromise due to placement of the tank next to a large tree. "Franklins crew arrived as schelduled and after inspeccting the pipes and septic system, determined it was NOT the main drain but merely a busted tub drain that had been damaged during a recent remodel. While there they replaced a p-trap, jetted the lines, emptied the septic tank and replaced the busted pipe. Their crew was AMAZING! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't go out of their way to break the bank. The work was done in a timely manner and I was notified about each repair or procedure in real time via text or photos or call. I was in utter shock that I had been so bamboozled by such a trusted big name national plumber on my 1st estimate and will NEVER use another Septic Specialist/ Plumber unless it is Franklin's. "John gave us an up front prices depending on the condition of our Septic tank over the phone, and he ended up charging us less than what we had expected for the services. He pointed out how much of a half ass job the last company did with our "drainage field", and he gave us a big break in price coming behind correcting the work from the last Company I won't mention! At least with the last Company coming out it saved him time and money as well. John has a professional quote, "I want to come out and help you with your problems, I don't want to come out again to see you for a second time" and all his equipment is like you see in the picture, clean and brand new looking all the way down to the hoses. He is clean cut and a well spoken individual that left our lawn in really good shape, not all torn up!"
