After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. Lucas came to our rescue immediately and found our septic lid was cracked, and the drain field was bad, he had the lid repaired same day and installed a clean out. That same weekend he came back and dug up our drainage field and installed a new one. The sense of urgency and understanding he had for us was unmatched.
