Within 15 minutes, they were back at my door telling me what my project would cost. The number was fair and reasonable for the amount of work I was requesting so I hired them! They left my front yard clean and removed all debris. What impressed me most about this team is that they were good on their word every step of the way: the project cost was what they initially quoted, the project began when they said it would, and they finished it in the timeframe they proposed. Very pleased and would highly recommend to anyone needing excavation work!"

We had no water from our old well on a Friday afternoon, the drilling company could not get here until next week. This company called us back immediately upon contacting Angi. He had a crew here in about an hour and they took care of us. Super great crew, kowledgeable, and they had everything they needed to install a well pump right on their truck and we had water again, whew!! It looks like we also saved a couple thousand dollars having Custom Pump do this work compared to the bid we had from the well drillers. We can't recommend this company more highly."

"$641 to cap a broken pipe was a joke. I felt if I was home the price might not have been as much. Felt like he kind of played my wife as he asked about our water heater air conditioner and other solicitations. Also gave us a $13,000 bid to replace the plumping in our entire house. Why????? Also to actually fix the problem it would cost even more. So we are left with only hot water in our kitchen until we get another plumber. Now that I write this I would like to redo my survey and give them a non recommendation and less than 3 stars. A little closer to 2. Please don t send me this company again and I will have to consider looking for a pro from another service. You guys have done us well in the past, but this sucks.
