"We noticed our 20+ year old tank started leaking and seeping into the rest of our home. We called and they were at our house in just over an hour to assess the problem. They gave us a quick, open, honest opinion of what the problem was and the best (and quickest) way to go about fixing it. They were back first thing the next morning and were in and out quickly. They communicated well whenever we had any questions, were polite, on time, and experts in their work. Would definitely recommend."

"This was my first time ever having to have my septic tank pumped and the techs were super nice and explained what the problem was that we were having. Not only did we need our tank pumped but we also had a clog in the line. They were able to clear the line for us and give up tips to prevent clogs on the future. I will definitely use them for any future service without a doubt."

"I spoke with Sara & Amy regarding the appointment and both were very professional and friendly. Stephen & Eddie arrived early this morning and really put in the effort to make this a good experience for me. They went to a lot of trouble to avoid having to replace the septic tank cover, saving me over $400. Thanks guys!! I would not hesitate to recommend BVD Septic (aka Presto Plumbing)."
