"Let me start off by saying Ross and Miloway PipeWorks are awesome! Last Tuesday 02/16/2021 I woke up without running water I initially called Bouldin Bros to come look at it because thats the only person I could think of at the time. They came out and told me I needed a new well pump, pitless adapter, and pipe running in to my house and it was going to cost just under $6,000! I of course told them I could not do that today I would have to see what I could do so they left. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing after that and they came out on Saturday 02/20/2021 only to not look at anything and tell me I needed to call a well drilling company and still charged me for the service call even when they did nothing. Finally last night I was on the internet and filled out an inquiry for well repair on home advisor and within less than 30 minutes Ross called me he was gonna swing by my house then and take a look. Upon looking he said all I needed was a new well Pump and he squeezed me in this morning at 8AM. The job ended up costing me under $2,000 and now I have running water! I will definitely use Miloway pipeworks again and I encourage everyone else too as well; Bouldin bros and Benjamin Franklin plumbing are ripping people off."

"The two young men who repaired our broken sewer pipe were efficient, knowledgeable and kept me informed on their progress. The repair was done quickly and the area was restored to its original condition. Thank you for a job well done."

"Our water stopped flowing sometime after 6:00pm on Monday evening. Got the referral for L & M, called and got Dan on the line within a couple rings. He asked a few questions, said heâ d be at our home in 30 mins, he arrived in 20. Diagnosed the problem and had the materials on the truck. Water was flowing in less than an hour! Super informative, extremely personable, prompt, efficient, and a super nice guy, and an excellent price! Highly recommend Dan and his company, L &M!!"

"Able explained every part and what its performance is. I went from taking washing a load of clothes 2 hours to because of the lack of water pressure to 35 minutesâ ¦. The price is really fair !!!! I got to hold my new pump before it was put into the ground 300 hundred feet. So grateful for getting someone so trustworthy! I highly recommend Able Well to everyone!"

"After 7 years and 4 plumbing companies, I finally found an honest plumber who was able to solve my problems for a fraction of the cost and time! This is the ONLY plumber that I will welcome back to work on my house!"

"Company was hired to prepare and excavate a pad site for a pole barn garage. The guy "Wilson" knows what he is doing however he short changed me on the services that we agreed to. In addition, he under estimated materials needed to complete the work as well as while excavating the area, my sprinkler system was damaged. I had to advise him to come back and complete compaction of fill dirt. After compaction you were able to see that the site was clearly not leveled. I had to bring in more fill dirt to accommodate for this. I paid him anyway because his effort was good, but after payment he never followed up with me. It's like once he was paid then you never hear from him!"

"The appointment was scheduled promptly so we didn't have a long wait. The plumber was polite, clean and dressed neatly and left the work area clean as well."

"This was an answer to prayer as far as I'm concerned. My home warranty company assigned L&M to me because my pressure tank/well pump kept tripping the circuit breaker. Not only did Dan come right away but he diagnosed the problem immediately and actually had the parts WITH HIM to replace both the well pump and the pressure tank. He worked with my warranty company for approval and finished the job in just a few hours. I am still in shock and very thankful. He was polite, did high quality work, made sure everything was working properly and most of all, I appreciate that he recognized my need as a customer and placed it as a priority. I have worked with three other well related companies (Allied, Hague, Phelps) over the past eight years and felt like they ran all over me and were a huge disappointment. L&M doesn't. He is a good guy who puts customers first and charges a reasonable price. From what i have heard, the other well companies have increased their rates during the pandemic whereas he did not!"
