"We have an irrigation well built and serviced by Well Water Connection. John the owner was very responsive, and the irrigation well has been a good investment making watering our green lawn pay for the well in just a couple years since town water is also expensive. Drilling for water around here is tricky, and we have had to figure out how to manage our well water usage. Well Water Connection has been a solid partner in maintaining our irrigation well."

"We built a new house in Boxford and have well water. We were thrilled to move into our new home after 8 months of construction. To our dismay our well water smelled like Rotten Eggs. After a couple of attempts by our plumber to fix the problem the odors persisted. On the recommendation of water well provider we contacted H20 Care in Middleton. They came right out and within weeks had installed a water filtration system that fixed our problems. No more rotten egg smell! We have a beautiful new water system to match our home. We couldn't be happier. H20's responsiveness and product were 1st rate. Pete - Boxford Homeowner."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"Excellent. They called me back within 10 minutes of my initial inquiry. Made an appointment around my schedule, were prompt, efficient and professional. The repair to the expansion tank was done same day, the repairman was fabulous. Educated me on the system and completed the repair promptly and correctly. Outstanding service experience all around."

"The were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job replacing our well pump on a Saturday. Highly recommend."

"Service people are excellent in their profession in what they do. Just under 2 1/2 hours they taken the old water tank out and replaced with the new water tank with new copper pipe connections."

"It went well, he was very professional and very knowledgeable of the type of pump we needed and was patient to show me how it all works..
