"On time and very professional. The tech that came out had some trouble taking off the tank cover, but it hadn't been off in about 12 yrs, so that wasn't his fault. Mike came out within about 20 minutes and was able to get the cover off. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and left some literature about septic systems and also gave me a reminder fridge magnet for when it is due again. Very helpful.
