"I scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday on a Monday morning. I called to confirm details and was pleasently surprised when they were able to come that Monday afternoon due to a weather related resecheduling of a job. "After discovering on a recent Sunday morning that we had a clogged toilet, and after trying everything we knew how to do ourselves, we searched for plumbers on Home Advisor. Mr. Rooter responded immediately to our inquiry and sent a young man out right away. He snaked the pipes all the way to the street and solved our problem for now. I can't remember the young man's name, but he was very professional, respectful of our home and explained everything to us along the way. He pulled the toilet and sent a camera down to check if the pipes had shifted and found a lot of buildup on the sides of the pipes and thought that the pipes had shifted a little. We opted to do nothing more at this time until (if and when) we have a problem in the future. I thought the charges were reasonable for the time spent and the work done, and would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for a plumber."

"We had water backing up through the drain in our basement, so I called Mr Rooter assuming that the sewer pipe needed to be snaked or rooted.  Upon arrival, the professional (Matt, I believe) checked everything out and confirmed my suspicion.  He went about his business keeping me up to date throughout the process, and asking questions when needed.  Once the pipe had been rooted, he checked all other water sources (sinks, bathtub, etc.) and their pipes for issues.  Apparently this complimentary service is part of their process.  All in all, I was very pleased.  Matt(?) was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I would certainly recommend Mr Rooter to others in need.

"This company called me as I clicked yes to help. Very knowledgeable, he asked me questions, figured out my problem and told me where to get part and pretty much how to install it and test it! He had prices, options and I will call him anytime I have water issues! The rest of the day I answered calls and was told I needed them to come and charge me tons of money..
