He was extremely professional and polite, as well as apologetic, I was left with the impression that he truly cared. Service was dispatched within 48 hours (at no cost to me) and was extremely professional and competent. They completely disassembled the unit and throughly cleaned and replaced all non functioning parts. The unit now appears to be functioning properly and I have a high level of confidence that if there are any other issues they will be addressed in the same manner as this issue.
