The owner/operator was great, arrived within an hour and was careful regarding maneuvering his truck, hoses, etc. He was interesting to talk to and explained the various aspects of what needed to be done, why and how often. "It was Saturday during Memorial Day weekend in the pandemic when I noted a leaking pipe in the ceiling of my basement family room. I worked through Home Advisor to find a plumber in my area. The plumber came quickly. He and I followed pandemic precautions. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He did a temporary repair because the faucet to shut off the water to my house was corroded due to its age. He then organized permanent repair a few days later when the town water to my house could be shut off. The plumber informed me what and when to expect him and did exactly what he said. He deserves an extra thank-you because of the pandemic issues. I am in the high risk group and he was the first stranger to enter my home since March. That caused added concerns on my part which were quickly resolved due to his professional manner. I would recommend this company to anyone and will call this plumber in the future."
