They replaced the pump down in the well and the tank in the basement in just under two hours and I had water once again. They even took away the old tank. I can't recommend them strongly enough. The owner/operator was great, arrived within an hour and was careful regarding maneuvering his truck, hoses, etc. He was interesting to talk to and explained the various aspects of what needed to be done, why and how often. Getting a septic tank pumped out is never a fun project, especially on an emergency basis, but it won't get any better than the experience I had with RM Septic."

"I hired Jeff to replace my aging septic system. He walked me through all the steps, including finding the engineer for a new plan, setting up the inspections , finding someone to pump out the existing tank and finding an electrical contractor for the pump. (This was all during Covid .) He found ways to save money on the job like using my existing tank. His work met inspection and the new lawn he seeded came in great. Just recently, I had an issue with the exit pipe from my sump. I called Jeff, as the septic plan included moving the exit pipe for the sump pump. He came over promptly and repaired it at no charge to me, even though the breach may have been caused by a tree root. He is prompt, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Jeff and his crew."

"Marcus came over the day after I requested the quotes (quotes requested Sunday, he came Monday.) He assessed the situation and explained options and pricing. He very willingly attempted the lower cost option first, even though we had doubts it would work. He told if it did not work and we had to go to the higher cost option, I would only be charged for that, not both. We did have to go to that option and he was able to clear the clog from my sewer line. He then inspected with a camera and showed me that there were several roots intruding on the line. He recommended repeating the process with a nozzle designed to remove these. He did not have that on his truck, so another visit was scheduled for today with a different tech. This was also successful and it was clear from the camera inspection at the end that the roots were gone. I was expected a horrible mess from this process, and was very happy that both operations were completed with minimal additional sludge in my basement."
