I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

Cory came out the same day and was super responsive and fixed the pump by replacing the circuit board for free because we were within warranty for 3 years after re-doing our septic system. Cory was friendly, helpful and kind and worked efficiently, and also was happy to give me useful maintenace information."

"The crew were very nice and personable, but the job ended up costing a little more than twice what was quoted over the phone. This is understandable, however, because our septic tank was 100% full. The only problem I had was that the person who, I assume, was in charge mentioned a problem we may have in the future because of our drain line and threw out a price to have that cleaned out as well. I discussed it with my wife, but before I could get more details about the issue, he, apparently, was called away to another job. The guys left behind finished up, were very polite, documented all that they did, and cleaned up after themselves. It was not a bad experience at all, and I will most likely use them again to deal with our drain line issue. I'll just be more forthcoming with questions in the future."
