He arrived 10 minutes early and listened patiently as I explain the issue a second time. He then explained initial costs and procedures. He resolve the problem to my great satisfaction. "They were professional and friendly. Job was completed in on day (i needed a switch and a tank). He explained the system to me and how it works, as I've never had a well before moving. I was shown the rust and damage to the tank, and that made paying for it less painful; as I knew that the work was necessary. When someone comes to my house for service, and they don't explain what they are doing clearly and why...well let's just say they score if they do.
