"Requested a quote. Site visit was performed and all questions were answered. AvanataPure Water Treatment System was installed. Backwash water drain was rerouted to gravel area instead of septic system, to meet new requirements. Work was well done. The copper piping work was like a work of art. The new system is much easier to work with than the 19 year old technology."

"Called quickly, arrived when promised, diagnosed issue (failed well pump), replaced - all the same day! A+"

"We are very pleased with the service provided by Blackstone septic service. Matt arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and we are very pleased with the service he provided. We would definitely use them again in the future."

"My driveway estimate was for $11,090 but ended up costing $16,500 due to a "problem " they said they encountered. As a retired senior, this was very disheartening to say the least. To make matters worse, one of the workers broke the brass nozzle off the end of my hose, so I need to replace both, then left the hose running which ran my well dry."

"They advice, and had all our questions answered on sensible and affordable options. Very knowledgeable, prompt, polite, efficient, and thorough team! We are happy with their waterproofing services in our basement (fast sump pump and a grate trench with a discharge line that goes 15 feet to the outside bubbler) as well as crawl space shield installed under our addition. It works well, and Pioneer checked a month later and a year after for inspection and cleaning. A+ work and workers."

"I had major issues with my well. Dave came right out and explained in detail what was going on. Also, had the answers because of his experience and his skill set. Once we agreed on an action plan, Dave's guys were out a day later and installed an entire new system for a reasonable price. The guys were super nice and professional. Now, my water is great. I couldn't be happier with this company. Dave and the guys lived up to all the wonderful reviews and word of mouth i had found..."
