"We had our septic tank pumped & inspected by a large well known company. They told us we had to replace our D box because water was coming back with the test. They didn't even dig up the D box. They gave us a bid for almost $5,000. We decided to save money & dig it up ourselves & see if it was plugged & then we could fix it & have it re-tested. We dug it up & saw it was crushed. We called Alpha Bravo Septic for a bid. I was very shocked to hear him say it would be a tiny fraction of what we were quoted by the first co. When Alpha Bravo arrived he went right to work, he discovered the problem (MUCH bigger problem). Told us exactly what needed to be done & how long it would take & how much it would cost. His price was still a tiny fraction of the first companies quote (keep in mind they only quoted for D box, I guarantee you had they known what all was wrong it would have easily been over $20,000). Needless to say we passed the inspection & now the new home owners can enjoy a perfectly operating septic system. Alpha Bravo made this whole experience so much less painful & MUCH easier on the pocket book. He was very respetful, honest, a hard worker & did an awesome job. Do yourself a favor have Alpha Bravo come out when you need septic service."

"I hired Alex from Pete’s Plumbing to do A LOT of work for us, and boy, am I pleased! We bought a rustic cabin, with no water line, drainage, vents, etc. for most appliances (including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge). He installed the plumbing and ventilation systems for ALL THREE appliances, and also fixed a leak in our sink. Not to mention he fixed a problem we had assembling the pipes for a new bathroom vanity. FINALLY, Alex assembled and built out the plumbing for an extremely large and cumbersome dog bath in our basement, as well as found specialty parts that the bath required. I could not be more pleased with his work, and we will 100% be hiring Pete’s Plumbing again in the future."

"We happened to discover a small leak on our water main pipe and called Vlad out. He came out the next day and gave us a quote and didn't happen to have the parts on hand (we have an OLD house), but said he'd get back to us as soon as he could, even though he was fully booked for the week. He came back the next day and worked through lunch (thank you Vlad!) to get it done. And thank goodness -- the pipe actually split apart in his hands. If we'd left it much longer it might have blown and flooded our basement!!!"

"Out septic tank backed up on a Saturday and we called and left a message.  We quickly received an e-mail that advised us they had received our message and would call on Monday.  Also provided a number to call  if emergency service was needed.  They called first thing Monday morning and we set up an appointment for Wednesday.  Truck arrived at the scheduled time and the technician went right to work and explained what he had found, answered my questions, and made suggestions as he felt were necessary.
    A different technician was required to install the optional risers and covers we agreed to, and he arrived as scheduled on Friday morning to complete the job.
    We appreciated the office staff at Evergreen keeping us constantly updated as to the arrival times and costs.  We would definitely use them again.

"Once contacted, AA Plumbing arrived quickly and was able to find the leak - Leak was where the poly pipe connected to the brass that lead to the house. The line was 55' - Was told the repair would be risky. Agreed to replace (hind site suggests a repair was likely possible) Tore up from lawn (which was filled back in rather hastily and shabbily). Still trying to fix yard condition where it continues to create little sink holes. Definitely a safety issues. They cut the aggregate walk way and it crumbled and was replaced hastily and not evenly, creating a trip hazard that I had to have repaired for more money. I am certain they were skilled plumbers, but the impact issues to the property were not done well and I am certain I paid TOP dollar. Based on price, I had much higher expectations for the quality of work performed. 2 plumbers worked the job for maybe 10 hours total and I paid $5201.25 with tax. Not including additional time and money I have spent since to "clean up" afterwards. Disappointed and feeling a bit taken. Used Angie's List so I could have multiple bids, but only heard from one contractor. I saw no advantage to using this service and this survey came 2 months after job was completed. Will likely not use Angie's List again based in this experience."
