"Great Falls Septic pumped out our septic tank and they did a great job! Kurt was the service technician that came out and he was so polite and professional and called me before he headed our way and arrived right on time. He even took photos of where the tank head was located as we could not remember, and texted them to me. He gave us advice on things to do to help keep build up from occurring which I really appreciated. We had another company pump out our tank the previous time and they were terrible. Will be using Great Falls next time."

My pumping station pump and parts were over 26 years old so Rick replaced everything including pump, check valve, float controls, wiring outside box, wiring conduit and other miscellaneous parts the day after I was able to get both tanks pumped out. I couldn't be more satisfied with a 40 year pro with helper (20 years himself). I knew immediately that Rick knew this system inside and out and he even visually inspected my septic field and researched it at the county records. "He came out the day after my call and diagnosed the problem, which was an old pressure tank that gave out finally! He returned on Monday and installed a new one along with a valve. His estimate was true and he is a real professional. He will be coming back in a couple of weeks to fix another more minor problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company."

"Replaced a well pump, pressure tank and switch. John Dexter was prompt in response and the installation was completed within a couple of days. The young man that completed the installation was very polite and did a great job. Had an issue with a slight leak on one of the tank fittings which did take two return trips to solve the issue which was nothing more than a lack of silicone grease on the o-rings. Two days later we detected a very bad taste in the water. Called Dexter to tell of the issue. John did not seem to concerned and ask me to email him what I was experiencing so he could forward to his water people. The taste and smell were very bad and the water could not be drank. Dexter's shop is literally a mile from my house. I think it would have been prudent for him to swing by and see the issue for himself. I decided after a few days of not hearing from Dexter, to contact someone else to solve the issue. While Dexter Well and Plumbing is fast to respond to the initial problem, they seem less concerned if there are issues after the fact."
