"Within a few hours of submitting my search in Angie's List for a company to empty my septic tank, R&E Chief Septic called to schedule the appointment and provide me with the cost. I was surprised at the quick response and immediately set up an appointment. They were on time and quickly went to work. I will definitely use them from now on!"

"I originally called another septic company to do my five year pump out of the septic tank. This was our first time having this done because we didn't own the home the last time the septic was pumped. The other company was so incompetent and couldn't find the hole to pump out the septic tank after looking for about 15 minutes. They told me they would need to git a backhoe to come out a dig. I assured him that I remember the selling real estate agent telling me that the previous company that did the work didn't have to go through all that hassle. I was able to find out that the previous company that did the work was Great Falls Septic Service so I gave them a call. The technician was able to find the septic tank riser, which was buried about 10 inches down in about 2 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the service that I received. The technician was extremely efficient, technical, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend Great Falls Septic Service."

"Rick Aits not only answered my initial call at night; showed up the next morning before 8am and diagnosed my issues. My pumping station pump and parts were over 26 years old so Rick replaced everything including pump, check valve, float controls, wiring outside box, wiring conduit and other miscellaneous parts the day after I was able to get both tanks pumped out. I couldn't be more satisfied with a 40 year pro with helper (20 years himself). I knew immediately that Rick knew this system inside and out and he even visually inspected my septic field and researched it at the county records. And for all that parts, materials and expertise his price was super reasonable. Thanks Rick and Mike!"

"It went really well, plus he looked at some other items and recommended I keep an eye on them and offered some practical advice. Would use again."

"RightNow Plumbing reliably provides competent, scrupulous, trustworthy service. Recently I engaged Andy to service our well-water acid neutralizer tank, because I questioned the reliability of service by another company 13 months earlier. Andy tested our water and found that its pH value was 6.97, which was consistent with previous readings over the past six months when he did other work for us. Because our well-water pH is essentially neutral, Andy explained the acid neutralizer tank is not necessary. He offered two options: 1) remove the tank (thus leaving us with only the water softener tank) or 2) empty it, which option I selected. He also reduced the cost of the service call. Andy’s approach starkly contrasts with the other company that for years took advantage of an unsuspecting customer by charging almost $300 to “service” the tank and unnecessarily adding expensive calcite. For competent, scrupulous, trustworthy service, call RightNow Plumbing. Posted May 14, 2025"

"Commonwealth Plumbing is a small local operation. The plumber came quickly to assess my farm well pump problem and was ready to tackle the job. He received a call from a customer who had no water in the house with children. The plumber asked if he could take care of that job first as a genuine concern. My well pump is just for irrigation which is not critical compared to a family without water. The plumber headed off , took care of the family and returned first thing the next morning and repaired my system. Excellent work, reasonable price, as well as compassionate."

"Had a leak in pipe behind wall in upstairs bathroom. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about our concern. We would not hesitate to call Beacon Home Services again! (FYI - the office staff was wonderful as well. Kept us well informed about time technician would arrive and answered all of our questions.) Thanks again for the help!"

"Called Dexter Wells & Plumbing and John was about to come out the same day and the very next day installed a new well pump and pressure tank for us. We are very pleased with the services received. John is a very nice man and definitely knows what he is talking about when it came to our issue. Would without a doubt recommend them and use them again."

"The job was done quickly, efficiently and on time as scheduled. Job well done!"

"They responded very well to last minute work addition. They also gave an estimate for future work if I choose to do it."
