"We're in an area where the wells are going dry. Another company had drilled a new well for us but were had not yet put in the new pump. We had no water from our old well on a Friday afternoon, the drilling company could not get here until next week. This company called us back immediately upon contacting Angi. He had a crew here in about an hour and they took care of us. Super great crew, kowledgeable, and they had everything they needed to install a well pump right on their truck and we had water again, whew!! It looks like we also saved a couple thousand dollars having Custom Pump do this work compared to the bid we had from the well drillers. We can't recommend this company more highly."

Felt like he kind of played my wife as he asked about our water heater air conditioner and other solicitations. Also gave us a $13,000 bid to replace the plumping in our entire house. Why????? Also to actually fix the problem it would cost even more. So we are left with only hot water in our kitchen until we get another plumber. Now that I write this I would like to redo my survey and give them a non recommendation and less than 3 stars. A little closer to 2. Please don t send me this company again and I will have to consider looking for a pro from another service. You guys have done us well in the past, but this sucks. Chaub plummer advised valves were good quality and there was no need to replace. He replaced/installed new hardware and did a great job in a timely manner."

He insured the new fence tied in smartly with an existing chain link fence. He also installed a temporary deer fence. A short time after completion, there was a problem with the gate.
