John coordinated the tree removal subcontractor as well as removing and replacing the septic tank. He also repaired the broken waste pipe leading to the septic tank. Throughout the whole process every phase of the job was performed on in a timely manner and every delivery of material arrived on site exactly when needed. John's crew was excellent as well, performing each phase efficiently and smoothly while while exercising great care to avoid damaging the adjacent structure. I enjoyed watching how smoothly they worked together. When the job was finished, they expertly restored the surrounding landscape to a condition better than it was before. He replaced the broken pipe and we ran the water but the pipe was still clogged. He then unscrewed the fitting that he installed and ran a snake down the pipe to fix the problem.
