I would have removed more of the plants."

He took his time finding the septic covers and cleaning two pools out. He cleaned up when he was done. Mike even placed the sections of grass he removed back in place. He uncovered not one, not two, but five lids - cesspool plus two overflows and septic tank plus one. He sucked out the gunk, rotored out our lines and was patient, efficient and very pleasant. Explained everything that needed to be done. Took 2-3 hours of work. He cleaned up our backed-up tub and everything works great now. We would DEFINITELY hire them again. Highly recommended!"
