I called again and got through and made an appointment. Due to a backup in appointments, they were unable to come the first time around, but said they would come the next morning. They came on time then and discounted the rate since they were unable to make it the previous day. I wasn't there in person, but my husband dealt with Mike the owner and said he was friendly, professional and put the dirt with grass back over the hole (which the previous septic company we dealt with had not even tried to fix).
