Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Hawley, PA

"My husband passed away a month ago unexpectedly. Fortunately, he had a Post It note on a wall that said the septic tank needed to be emptied in Sept 2020. So I called Environmental Service Corp. Someone actually answered the phone and got me a soon appointment for the work to be done. When the serviceman came, I had no clue where the septic tank was. He showed me where it was. He also said that the tank only needed to be emptied every 3 years, instead of what another company had told my husband - every year. I thanked him for his honesty and was very pleased with their service. They are honest and hard workers. Would hire them again!!"

"Very professional, did an excellent job installing both well pump and tank. I would hire Don again, as a matter of fact they have to come back and install a pitless valve the is leaking. unfortunately I built a deck over the well and have to hand dig around the the well so he can get at it. Lesson learned the hard way."

"Not clear understanding about septic pump"

"My water stopped running. I panicked. I called The Pump Works. Arron told me over the phone to turn my breaker for the well pump and the water pump of for one hour to see if the problem would correct itself. It didn't. Arron came fast and he was very professional and knowledgeable about my well pump. We have water again. Great Job!"

"It went very well. Great service, punctual and very thorough. Will recommend and use their service again."

"Jack (owner) and Cory were skilled, resourceful, and worked continuously to get the job completed in a timely manner. There were road-blocks thrown up along the way which they worked around or through. A broken sewer pipe and a collapsed tank cover were unforeseen, but corrected quickly. They had to locate two septic tanks (we as new owners did not know the locations) under a foot of snow. My wife and I were pleased with the work completed and the final bill."

"Brown Trout Septic Solutions provided outstanding service when replacing my septic pump and alarm! Randyâ s expertise, professionalism, and courteous demeanor made the experience seamless. His in-depth knowledge resolved my septic issues efficiently. Highly recommended for top-notch service at an affordable price!"

"Rob and Dom did excellent work, I had extensive work done to my oil burner furnace they explained every step of process and corrected past errors done by other technicians from numerous companies over the years. When the work was completed I received a print out of the furnaces efficientcy co2 level and other pertinent information that no other company ever did. I would strongly recommend them."

"On a Saturday afternoon I noticed my water heater leaking. I realized it wasn't going to last much longer. I sent out a message to Angi's list and within minutes had a response from Brian. I sent him pictures and just as I thought I needed a new one. He gave me a price with a new heater and installation. He told me that I could go buy one and he would install it to save some money. I estimated what it would cost if I bought it from a home improvement store, paid for delivery and the installation and decided to have Brian do what he does best at a fair price. He even threw in a military discount for me. He was at my home within three hours, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one. Outstanding service, they even cleaned up the mess from the leak of the old one. Very courteous, thorough and overall such a nice young man."

"Repaired septic system. Didn’t arrive on first day as committed. Had vehicle problems but kept me advised.Came on next day at time promised. Repaired problem in timely professional manner. Cost of repair was very fair. Would use company again for septic repairs."
