"You made an effort to come a day before scheduled, you had an extra long hose to reach the septic tank, you checked all the toilets, you gave an excellent tip to remove the bad smell caused by a previous backup (spray bleach and green cleaner worked awesomely) and you were in and out in less than an hour! They discussed all aspects of the installation with me before moving ahead with the work. They made sure that I was happy with everything when the job was completed.
