"I dealt with John and Dave. They were always very punctual, the proposal was specific it clearly stated what they would be doing, the size of the septic tank, overflow, main line and the cost. It was all done to code. They were polite, responsive and answered all my questions even after the work was completed, I wish I would have realized or been told how extensive the area that was disturbed would be. I would have removed more of the plants."

"Jeff was very professional, punctual, very transparent and knowledgeable about septic tanks. I would highly recommend him for any septic related issues/work."

"TPK LLC did an amazing job unclogging my kitchen drain. They were professional, quick, and got everything flowing perfectly again. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"We had John do our plumbing job. He was excellent. We had a hose that was attached to the outside of our house, that would not come off. We had several people try to take it off, no use. He was able to take it off without breaking the pipe. If i need a plumber again would definitely ask for him."

"Mike was very nice. He explained everything he was doing and had me look at what he was doing. My son is in the Army and Mike gives military discounts which helped with the price. He took his time finding the septic covers and cleaning two pools out. He cleaned up when he was done. Mike even placed the sections of grass he removed back in place. I could barely tell he d dug such a large hole. I would use Great South Bay Environmental again and I definitely recommend him."

"Review for Cesspool Services I recently had the pleasure of working with Cesspool R Us for our property’s cesspool maintenance, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The technicians arrived promptly, fully equipped, and ready to get to work. They took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all of my questions, which was greatly appreciated. The work was done efficiently, and they ensured that the area was left clean and tidy, going above and beyond in their commitment to customer satisfaction. What really stood out was their knowledge and thorough approach. They identified and addressed potential issues I wasn’t even aware of, which saved us from potential future problems. It’s rare to find a company so dedicated to quality service and customer care. I highly recommend Cesspool R Us for anyone in need of reliable, high-quality cesspool services.
