"While I was at a lost who to call,I remeber your ad how you pre check people. Uncertain I filed out the order. In less the 24 hrs he called me back setup an appt and came out. Low water pressure was caused by a plugged filter and stuck regulator. Put a new regulator on, replace the filter, good to go....ALMOST.. about 20 minutes later getting to water, low water pressure still. Called him back was back out in less than a hour. Had to adjust tank pressure. Found out hes only 10 miles from our house been in business 35 yrs. Nicest,friendly person,explains everything to you, dont know if all your people are like this, but this guy is real find. Got a few of his cards and if any of our neighbors need I a well repair guy I would diffently suggest Al."

"Scott and his team were the best!  From the time we called and met with him, he did exactly what he said he was going to do.  He called when he said he would and came out to the house on time every time.  He took care of all the permits with the county when other contractors we had called expected us to take care of that.  They were very considerate, took their muddy boots off every time they came into the house.  I highly recommend Ries Well Drilling.They took their time to do a neat job and made the project as mess free and painless for us as it could be.  The quality of water and pressure we have now compared to before is outstanding.  If you need a new well, don't hesitate to call them!

"The job was split into two with one crew coming the first week to repair the wall crack and the second crew coming a week later to install new discharge pipe and dry well. I guess that would have been my only complaint that I had to miss work on two different days to get this done. Everyone we talked and worked with was professional and courteous. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it and at the price they quoted. Everything was explained to me when the job was finished. Ryan was the crew chief of the group that installed the dry well. The crew came in on time and finished in a timely manner. I am very pleased.
