Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Kannapolis, NC

"We recently had this company replace our original 1000 gallon septic tank with a 1500 gallon upgrade, along with an additional drain field line and they did a great job. If you want people who are skilled, hardworking and honest to handle your project, then I recommend that you give NC Septic & Pump your consideration. Their communication is excellent and they are very easy and pleasant to work with."

"Spencer was a very well informed individual"

"The service tech was professional and knowledgeable. The problem was found and repaired the same day. The pricing was fair and well worth it. I would highly recommend and will be a repeat customer for future septic needs and concerns."

"Roy Price is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I thought I was going to need a new well pump. He checked the electrical first. Turned out to be a minor problem with the pressure switch that he fixed in less than a minute. My highest recommendation."

"The guys were very polite and professional, but were five hours late, then they informed me that they couldn't repair my unit. By this time, it is 5:30pm, even though they did give me a number for someone that could work on my older well, it was going to be the next day before that company could get there. It took the company 30 minutes to replace a capacitor, something that could have been replaced the day before if: #1, the original guys would have been there on time and I would have called the other company around mid day. or #2, I would have called the other company to begin with (which is a company that I was prepared to call anyway)."

"Mike and his team did a fantastic job hooking our house to city sewer and properly addressing our abandoned septic tank. When the big day came, he had a full crew in place and they got to work and knocked out the project quickly. Everyone was professional and the work was done well for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!"

"My septic system was installed and then later landscaped with rocks above it. Clear water Septic and Pumping was able locate the septic tank, remove the rocks, dig through feet of dirt, and successfully pump out the contents. To avoid having to go through this again they installed risers above the septic tank that clearly identify the clean out ports of the septic system. They worked hard and cleaned up the site after all their work. Recommend them to others with challenging septic tank needs."

"Excellent and their customer service was top notch. I would recommend 10/10."

"Gentleman that came out, I believe his name was Cory, did exceptional work. He was great with communication. Our original scheduled date had to be changed due to an emergency he had. He was prompt in letting me know and getting rescheduled. He came out showing his knowledge, politeness, and professionalism. He communicated and even let us know of a couple future problems and fixes that he saw will be coming. He didn’t push any other sales or costs on to us and was up front on the charge. We also found out this fine young man is a veteran. Thank you again for your service, sir. I highly recommend CB Septic and know that we will be used them again."

"Great experience considering the circumstances. They called with the ETA, they showed up on time, went above and beyond to locate the septic tank and completed the job very quickly. The guys went above and beyond and were great to work with. Thanks for a job well done!"
