"tj showed up on time to give his estimate he told me he would have numbers in about two days, he sent me the numbers a day early(which was great) we decided to go with tj because he communicated well and we thought his pricing was very reasonable. also he broke everything down on his pricing so we could see what costed what. they worked hard for us and made adjustments as necessary we asked for a change in the plan and we had an issue with the city water not coming until April 15th he and his crew developed an idea for me to water our new sod without the city water. so far so good he said he would come back after the 15th to tie into the city water they prepared my grounds for sod installed a sprinkler system and timer, and also edged and rocked love it so far"

"They were very pleasant, did what they said, and cleaned up well."
