"The first time, Feb. 2016, we called All American we were very happy. They fixed our problem in a timely manner and were fairly easy to work with. However, when our problem came back 10 months later and we contacted them for assistance, they were immediately defensive, refusing any warranty, were late arriving, and hard to get on the phone. After coming by and trying to pump the tank in the dark when they couldn't inspect the system, we asked them to please come back the when there was enough light. They explained they could do that but it would cost us MORE than what we paid the first time. Then it was very difficult to get them to answer the phone to reschedule. We never minded paying to get the system fixed, but did think they lacked professionalism. Ultimately we found another company that fixed the solution at a very good rate and in good time."

"A little high for the items called for (reconnecting plumbing and gas after countertop replacement). Very courteous and good at upselling. Replaced my pressure gauge and relocated the main shut off to the house. Both needed done, but had not considered before recommendation. Ultimately good experience, but spent well more than I was thinking when making initial contact."
