"Communication - Excellent! Matthew was prompt and courteous in staying in touch regarding appointment time and arrival time. Price - Competitive and transparent. I asked for an "on the rim out the door" price with no last minute pitches for things that should be part of the service. Price was as quoted to pump, clean filter and inspect. I did opt for a bacterial additive that I was NOT pressured into purchasing. I just figured if it made any difference in keeping the drain field from having issues it was well worth it. Included three-year monthly additive supply. Quality of Work - extra careful to check for water line into the house, thorough in the pump out and carefully replaced the dirt and raked the area. Of course, I will need sod but that just goes with having a septic system pumped regardless of who does it. Friendliness - everyone in the crew was friendly and courteous, like they were your neighbor."

I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! I am very pleased with Rooter Pro Plumbing and the work they performed & the people I dealt with. Even the people in the office were great! "Our well pump died after a good long run. I started looking for someone to fix it. After reading MANY reviews from several Well services and based on the VERY positive feedback for Angel’s, gave them a call. They answered right away. ‘Dawson’ was at my house the next day with everything we needed. He ended up replacing the well pump AND the bladder. My husband went outside and in the garage with him to understand what was involved in the replacement and said Dawson was very knowledgeable. He educated him on what he was doing and why, as well as preventative maintenance on the new system. I spoke with him a few minutes before he packed his truck up and he couldn’t be more nice and respectful. They're price is VERY fair. I know he had to travel a decent way to Dallas for us and did not charge us for the trip. "Back in June 2025 we hired Groundwater Pros to drill a new well and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the very first phone call, Amanda in the office was incredibly organized and on top of every detail. She walked us through the entire process, answered every question we threw at her, and even explained how a well is actually drilled ? this woman truly knows her stuff! Tristan and Chris handled the drilling and they were absolutely outstanding. They worked together like a well-oiled team, kept us informed at every step, and were respectful and professional the whole time. My husband and I genuinely enjoyed watching them work ? you can tell these two young men love what they do and take real pride in their craft. Once the well was finished, they connected everything to our home site. A couple of days later, Amanda reached out with our water sample results and walked us through the benefits of adding a filtration system. Highly recommend!"

"They did a good job cleaning out our septic. I felt is was a bit of an overcharge of about additional $800 for powe washing out the line between the two tanks and the line into the drain field. I felt it was necessary so I approved it anyway. The rest of the service was great."
