"This fall we used Bolton Septic Company to pump out our septic system. At that time they offered to install access pipes for future cleanings, which we agreed to have them do. We were totally satisfied with the two workers who came out to do the job. They were prompt, courteous, and very personable. They were also extremely patient and focused despite the audience of our six grandchildren who were standing by observing and asking a hundred questions as children are apt to do. The owner, who took our call and scheduled us, was very pleasant and informative. He took his time and did not rush through the call. He even went the extra mile to look up county records to see the size of our second tank and that of our son's who was also interested in hiring their services. We would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their type of service. Additionally, we would give Bolton a rating of 10, however, the prompt questions did not allow for this. "We had a well pump and pressure tank replaced. They were very fair and nice to deal with. The only reason 4.5 vs. 5.0 is some delays after our initial scheduled date with a part. They rightfully took on an emergency no water job and bumped us but as we had some flexibility and not out of water. That was the proper priority and speaks to their caring for their clients. I would recommend them for any well water work"

"The first time I called Service Experts to come look at my leaking hot water heater, the guy who came out couldn't find a leak in my hot water heater (the pool of water had dried up) but noticed that the gas line feeding the hot water heater wasn't connected properly. I made another appointment for the following week to have the gas line fixed. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, Service Experts was late (they missed the promised time window I was given when making the appointment) but ready to work. This time another pool of water had appeared beneath the old water heater and he was able to determine that it was dying and needed to be replaced. They ran back out and had my new water heater in under an hour.

The gas line was replaced while they swapped out the old water heater for a new one. All told it took about 4 hours to complete the work, and both guys were very professional (they cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old hot water tank)."
