"On the expensive but responded quickly, were on the job quickly and did a good job. That said, they did not live up to the estimate. At time of estimate, we identified that it would need to be a hand dig because it was next to and inline with transformer box as well as 2 communication lines. We agreed to a higher quote than typical for the job because of the hand digging. At end of job they tacked on nearly $700 for the hand dig difficulties/time required. I discussed with them that the contract said un-identified and that we clearly identified the hand dig area and that it was considered at time of quote. The owner did not address when he visited during work, left and had one of the workers notify of the additional charges. While their work was good, I just canâ t recommend a company that doesnâ t live up to the contract and is not trustworthy. Had I know this about them, I would have chosen a different contractorâ ¦ hopes this helps the next folks."
