"Let me start off by saying Ross and Miloway PipeWorks are awesome! Last Tuesday 02/16/2021 I woke up without running water I initially called Bouldin Bros to come look at it because thats the only person I could think of at the time. They came out and told me I needed a new well pump, pitless adapter, and pipe running in to my house and it was going to cost just under $6,000! I of course told them I could not do that today I would have to see what I could do so they left. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing after that and they came out on Saturday 02/20/2021 only to not look at anything and tell me I needed to call a well drilling company and still charged me for the service call even when they did nothing. Finally last night I was on the internet and filled out an inquiry for well repair on home advisor and within less than 30 minutes Ross called me he was gonna swing by my house then and take a look. Upon looking he said all I needed was a new well Pump and he squeezed me in this morning at 8AM. The job ended up costing me under $2,000 and now I have running water! I will definitely use Miloway pipeworks again and I encourage everyone else too as well; Bouldin bros and Benjamin Franklin plumbing are ripping people off."

"we had multiple projects to get done, and Patrick called very soon after i posted the request. Patrick arrived on time to look over the job. we had a Franke Little Butler and a new replacement faucet, but Patrick was able to determine that our 20 yr old hot water tank under the sink was not compatible. we also had two toilets needing work in addition to a shut off valve for a water filter that needed replacement. after our franke hot water tank arrived Patrick and his assistant arrived the next day. Professional, courteous, friendly, took extra time to explain everything they were doing. Everything was perfect and the price was extremely fair. also a 3 year warranty on their labor! we have found our new go-to plumbers! thanks to the entire crew! had 3 workers including Patrick! awesome job guys!! thank you!"

"I got home after several months away. The toilet flooded the bathroom on first flush. I browsed Angie's List the next morning and arranged for a visit the next morning by Charles Moon Plumbing (I have another toilet I could use). The plumber was prompt, very nice and helpful, presented 2 options for the repair, and performed the work quickly. Everything is still fine in September 2012. 
I bought a service contract that gives the customer 20% off on any work they do, including the work done that day. In retrospect, I would prefer not to have to commit to this company and for them to just use straight pricing without a service contract gimmick.
In April I phoned the company for an estimate to hook up my house to the newly installed county sewer system. The estimated price was much higher than the estimates from 2 other companies, even with the 20% discount. Bottom line: I will have Charles Moon do small jobs, but I'll have to go to a bigger company for large jobs.
