"On time, on budget, competent, well equipped, and easy to work with. What's not to like? Bent over backwards to accommodate my unconventional requests with no apparent effort. The guy's a veritable microsurgeon with an excavator. Highly recommend!"

"Extremely well. A big job well done by Justin and his co-worker Don, who is a master plumber. They managed the project with the least possible disruption of our living situation, cleaning up beautifully after every aspect. They gave us a reasonable quote and stuck with it. (Note, I found this company via Angie's list but apparently under a different company name? Perhaps they just recently moved to Hinesburg? I don't know why I can't find them again but I'm glad to have initially contacted them via Angie's List!)"

"Jettie Excavation did a great job and was accommodating. Cody, the owner, was communicative, realistic about timelines and logistics, and accommodating of our evolving timeline on a new residential build site. Although a new septic system is pretty regulated in Vermont, I gleaned that Cody is also creative and proactive at problem-solving. Overall, he was great to work with on this project."

"Very impressed with this company. Emmanuel came to our home, he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, cared about quality work and wasn’t leaving until he got our problem to a good spot. He cleaned the septic, and dug up the filter cover which was seized up. He had a new one on his truck and had to bust up the old one to get it out. He found no filter, but found a clog in the line going away from the septic tank. He sucked that clog out and knew there was probably another one. He set us up for that repair to be done soon as well. We are having a cover put over this area too. That will be done soon too. He explained how the system works , then told me what they would need to do to correct our problem, which was to run a camera and probably clear another clog out to prevent our system from certain backup problems. I am just so impressed with the service Emmanuel did and how sweet he was. It’s nice to have an honest company who cares about the service that they do."

"They were very good. They came by and did the work; I was very pleased with them. They were responsive and very detailed oriented. They cleaned up beautifully and they did exactly what they said they would. Their staff members were exactly what I expected. They were good, polite and nice to work with. I was very happy with them and I was happy enough to take a box of doughnuts down each morning to share with them. They were doing a good job and working extra hard under very difficult conditions. It was expensive because I wanted all the bells and whistles. I had a significant problem but their solution to the problem was far more comprehensive than anyone else that I got into to look at. They took it far more seriously and identified a basement wall that needed reinforcing. I was pleased with the entire proposal. I got lower quotes but did not feel that other people understood the problem as well. I got the value for money because I really don’t know how they could have done it for less when I saw what was involved."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
