"My septic tank was easily located by the technician and thoroughly checked. He explained details on how to tell if a system is working properly. "I sent message on Sat. pm. I was called at 7:15 on Monday. This was not an emergency as I was able to switch to city water - my back up source. Joe came out 2 hrs earlier than expected. Replaced the tank and pressure switch in no time."

"We were remodeling a home in Ferry Pass and had a few issues Nick helped us out with! The big project was that he redid a sewerline pipe to our septic tank for us in one day and was significantly lower in price compared to others. He also responded quickly to a water heater gas leak that he remedied fast! He’s very thorough, honest and fair and will only use him moving forward on any of our plumbing needs!"

"Quick, timely and well done but not inexpensive"

"My 20-year old water heater quit working. The tech, Dave, explained what needed to be done and provided several options. I decided to go with the tankless water heater option. Once the new water heater was installed, Dave cleaned up the work area so well, you could hardly tell any work was done at all. The job was reasonably priced and completed in a professional manner. Very satisfied with Fairprice Plumbing and will call them in the future if the need arises!"

"Very timely, kept me abreast of his arrival. After spending a good hour reviewing all the well aspects, determined it was an irrigation problem. NO CHARGE! And he advised me to cancel the $210 holding tank of which I did for additional savings!"

"Excellent customer service. Very friendly, respectful and quick to respond. Cleanup was done well and they were very professional."

"BST Septic made a unpleasant repair pleasant and I would recommend these professionals to anyone. They obtained my permit got the job done and ensured they didn't leave my yard a eyesore upon completion. Great Job, fare price."
