Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in New Braunfels, TX

"Our landscape design and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a clients property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. Texan Water really earned our trust and continues to maintain the well. We will definitely work with them in the future for water well drilling or repair."

"Jesse came out to help us and did excellent work. Was very friendly and informative. I will not only highly recommend CTHC, but will be changing over my quarterly septic check up to them when my current contract is up."

"I would give a higher rating if possible, my wife and I had our septic tank overflow and backup. Lucas came to our rescue immediately and found our septic lid was cracked, and the drain field was bad, he had the lid repaired same day and installed a clean out. That same weekend he came back and dug up our drainage field and installed a new one. The sense of urgency and understanding he had for us was unmatched. He didn’t even charge us extra for the emergency. Truly a great service!"

"Mr. Oranday provided us with an exceptional septic field relocation design and estimates to complete the work."

"Our well went out. Motal came out, diagnosed the problem, pulled the pipe and locked up pump, and replaced it. We had water within 24 hours of the initial call. I know that timing might not be the same for every client, but we got lucky. We were pleased by the clear, timely, and consistent communication, and the quality of the work. Paul and his team are the best! (Another well company came out first and gave us changing stories on availability. Clear, honest communication is imperative in developing trust with a vendor/service provider!)"

"My experience with Apex Septic was 10 out of 10! Matthew was there at the very beginning, explaining in detail the pros and cons of each system and the permits I would need. He went above and beyond, making a daunting, challenging and sometimes confusing project crystal clear and easier to navigate. I would hire Apex again and highly recommend!"

"All in one came out to pump my septic tank as scheduled and on time. They were fast, efficient and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns regarding my septic tank cleaning without hesitation. I would highly recommend them for all of your septic needs."

"I received another quote from another company (Superior Sep.) that was close to $500 vs. $390 and the other company would ALSO add an extra charge to find/dig up the clean out access cover. No hidden fees or surprises with Austin Rooter! Have already recommended their septic pumping service to my daughter who recently bought a house with a septic system. Highly recommend for both the outstanding service and VALUE which I would give 6 Stars (A+) if they had it!"

"I hired All In One Septic to pump out my tank and check out the condition of the tank. They were able to come out the same day and take care of it for me! Ricky Jr was the one to come out and help me. He was very professional and friendly. He made sure to explain what he recommended and why. Overall, I had a great experience."
