"I want to first say that i am not the type of person who often writes reviews, guilty to say even for good experiences. I could not do that for this experience i had with Kacena Site Work. This summer (2023) I unfortunately had my septic system fail. If you were like me and instantly hit Google looking for "the best septic system install near me" and began reading reviews. I will literally save you multiple hours searching and multiple call backs for quotes. I have a family of 5 and to be without the use of the bathrooms and laundry would have been borderline a post apocalyptic scene. I submitted requests on a few of the companies that came up as well as Angi. Darryl was the first who called me, also in less than an hour from submitting a quote request. He came over that night after working another job to take a look and then go over the process. I would run out of space writing about everything throughout this process from start to finish so I will basically hit what it is important, at least what was to me. Darryl was beyond transparent with his pricing, the price he quoted was the price. Regardless of what happened there would be no "unexpected price increases for complications etc". He was sympathetic to the impact to my family with this crappy situation and though he had other active jobs, made mine a priority as well. He made the entire process stress free and overly communicated every step, dates and times when the engineer was coming, equipment arriving, materials being delivered, hours and days of work to be accomplished, inspections and was accommodating to any conflicts on our end during that time line. His work was beyond top notch and fast. My neighbors came down after it was completed and wanted to know who I hired because they couldn't believe how quick that was done from when they saw a giant mound of dirt and a hole in my yard, to hydoseed being sprayed. I cannot express how unbelievably happy with deciding to use Kacena Site Work. My only experience was for a septic replacement, but he obviously does a lot more. I will not ever consider using anyone else for any outside site work other than Darryl and I have only been recommending him to friends and family. If you need work done that is within his scope, you will not get a better product, nor simplified, financially fair experience going with anyone else. "I am a big fan of Heritage. We needed to replace our broken furnace and I got quotes from five different HVAC companies, all of which had many 5-star reviews. Heritage was the best, by far, for a few reasons: Dexter, the HVAC project manager from Heritage, was professional and patient. He answered all of my questions, applied no sales pressure, helped me customize the job to my budget and needs, and even brought us space heaters to keep the house warm since we had no heat in winter. Heritage was one of only two companies to actually take detailed measurements of my home before recommending a furnace size and submitting an estimate. Three of the companies just eye-balled it and recommended furnaces that were twice the size of what Heritage recommended. Some of them told me I had to replace my entire heating and cooling system or I would have major problems (which Dexter debunked). If an HVAC project manager does not bother to measure your house before recommending a furnace size, you should be concerned. Dexter helped me every step of the way with the HEAT loan and furnace rebate process. Dexter worked around my busy work schedule and communicated in person, phone, email, and text, depending on what was best for my workday. After the furnace was installed, the house got uncomfortably dry and we realized we needed to add a whole-house humidifier (which Dexter had recommended originally). Heritage was able to come out the morning after we called and put in a humidifier and the house was comfortable within a day. The Heritage install and service guys (Fran, Bob) were professional, patient, and courteous from start to finish. The installation site was clean and well-labeled. They checked in with me and explained important items along the way. The Heritage office staff are always reachable and helpful with any scheduling, billing, or follow-up questions. The only drawback is they are definitely a premium brand and charge on the higher end for their work. They quoted higher than any of the other four companies. That said, I was able to negotiate the price and I was happy to pay a little extra for a job well done, a strong warranty, and professional service. Honestly, Heritage won me over and I will only use them in the future for my HVAC needs. They were transparent and professional and I never felt like I was getting hustled (unlike a few other big-name brands). Now I recommend Heritage to everyone I know."

"This was the second time that we hired the Main Choice Inspection team. Bill Heath and his team, Kevin and Brian, were excellent. They were punctual and made accommodations to be at both inspections, in spite of a northeaster storm. The inspection(s) included: a general home inspection, sewer line and septic/leach field. The first inspection, post storm, was done in frigid temperatures. That inspection took a few hours and they worked well with the home inspector( from another company). At the end of each inspection; they handed us a manual on home maintenance, gave useful advice and recommendations. They inspect from top to bottom--no cutting corners!
